The Galaxy Wearable application connects your wearable devices to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors the wearable device features and applications you've installed through Galaxy Apps. Use the Galaxy Wearable application to set up and manage the following features: - Mobile device connection/disconnection - Software updates - Clock settings - Application download and settings - Find my Watch - Notification type and settings, etc. Install the Galaxy Wearable application on your mobile device, then pair your wearable devices via Bluetooth to enjoy all of its features. ※ Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Wearable application are only available when your wearable device is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a stable connection between your wearable device and your mobile device. ※ The Galaxy Wearable application does not support the Gear VR or Gear 360. ※ The Galaxy Wearable application cannot be used with tablets. And supported devices vary depending on your region, operator, and device model. ※ This application is for the Galaxy Watch, Gear S3, Gear S2, Gear Sport, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 Pro and Galaxy Buds. ※ Please allow the Galaxy Wearable application permissions in Android Settings so you can use all the functions in Android 6.0. I originally gave this app 5 stars because I loved the features and ease of use. But after using it for a few months, I find I'm more frustrated with it than anything. It constantly crashes and randomly loses connection between my watch and phone. After the money I paid for this watch and the reputation of Samsung, I really expected much better quality!

Will no longer connect to Active Watch!! This is so frustrating! I use my watch everyday and the notifications come in handy. Well, I just noticed today that my calls nor texts were coming to the watch. I'm really beginning to hate Samsung. They updated something on my phone and now this thing doesn't work right either. Samsung! Argh!!!!

The update is really great,the galaxy fit 2 device's pair is now easy and fast how it has to be. However, there is no snoozing feature for alarms and timer. You may not notice your alarm if you were too sleepy because the alarm is ringing only once. There just shoud be a checkbox so people can chose whether they need it or not. Also adding custom watch pictures and using custom AlwaysOD icons may be a good upd! Thanks! Looking forward to new updates for the app and for galaxy fit 2 for sure!

It appears that this app keeps crashing. I thought I had a problem with my band but, having sent it away for repair, it has now been returned and I am unable to connect the two. The app thinks the band is connected, whilst the band is still looking to connect. I have uninstalled the app and re-installed but to no avail. It's all very frustrating. The app/band were all working up until the week before New Year.

Fantastic 😍😍😍 Worked for my Samsung A12 and watch 4. And I'm in love with it. Really easy to use and watch set up is awesome and I got the hang of everything straight away. I recommend Samsung 100% even though they have minor issues (obviously all do) If you are thinking of downloading, check prior before buy to make sure you can pair up (via Google search to avoid incapability to pair) :D I so far haven't had any issues. If I do I'll update this. If not, all is good 👍

I would like the watch faces to be slightly more customizable. I really want the time date and weather on the face but I am not a fan of the yellow. Could you maybe add a feature where users could change the color of their watch face while using the preset layouts? Other than that, amazing, easy to use. I love using it!

After switching to a new phone, Galaxy Fit Plugin loses Bluetooth connection to my Fit-e every time screen gets locked. The connection restores shortly but it is annoying because it happens constantly. Local Samsung Support could not help and adviced to turn to repair store. It's not reasonable given that there were no problems on older phone and it seems to be a general issue based on several posts in Samsung Community (none of the recommendation from there helped).


Stay Out

This app can't be used without extensive permissions. Even with those permissions, the app kept asking for more location permissions. I uninstalled and will return the wearable watch. I want to track my heartbeat and fitness. I don't need the device to track my location or tell me where I am, I know that on my own! >(

App works perfectly fine, I use it to alter settings for both my galaxy buds pro and watch 4 classic, only issue arises when I reset my phones settings and the watch refused to connect, reset the watch entirely, uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail, might be my low end a11 phone but it has worked perfectly for over a year now...any advise would be appreciated

Constantly saying "setup paused waiting for wifi" &when I go to connections it says I'm connected..so it says I always have a notification and cannot clear it off. Also when changing watch faces I wish u could just transfer your home screen settings and shortcuts that i already took the time to pick out over to the new watch face without having to customize everything again.

frequently loosing connectivity/pairing with the gear watches, asks to reset the watch to pair again even trying to connect with same phone which is not only a tiresome process but unnecessary waste of time. extremely disappointed with Samsung. had garminand other products which are far better and never expected this after paying premium price.

This app is acting real stupid. It keeps telling me that I am unable to use the app and that I had to tap settings to allow call logs. When I went to settings, my call logs were already allowed in the app. This app might be garbage and someone has to fix this issue please. I would really appreciate it.

Well, the app wants permissons to access contacts and phone (OK), location and storage - WHY?... Without these permissions you cannot even launch it. If you grant all these permissions you have to allow it to go somewhewe on the internet - to just launch the app. So user's contacts, location, files could go somewhere...? I just want to manage my earphones connected to the phone. Safely, securely and privately. Yes, security and privacy - nobody cares these days... how sad.

Don't waste your money. It doesn't work at all. I get there are bugs and things happen but the help and support is equally as terrible as the app itself. No one is willing to help or offer solutions. I bought a watch 3 and the live buds and they're basically paperweights for my desk. $500 in the hole for nothing. I expected better from Samsung.

just bought me a pair of galaxy buds plus. They work and are able to connect to my phone just fine but when I go in the app it says they are disconnected I can't use the touch controls or any of the features I paid for. Please fix the app it keeps saying the buds are disconnected and I did not purchase them to be unusuable with the app that is supposed to help the experience

I have 2 Samsung watches, the Galaxy Gear 2 and the Gear 2 Neo. My phone is the new Samsung A01 and before that I had the LG Nexus 5. I have not been able to use either watch with either phone. On my new phone, the app says I need to check my phone for updates and try again. I've done that without results. So I basically have 2 smart watches that are completely useless since I can't even use them just over bluetooth, without the wear app.

I love my 1st new watch and the galaxy wearable app was so easy to get it up and running. I still have a lot to learn about syncing, data, numbersync, Bluetooth and which ones to use but the wearable app has all the instructions needed. All you have to do is read it.

Not great. When trying to reset the buds, I get a notification that says they must be charged atleast 15%. I have charged the buds numerous times and still cannot access this or ANY of the features on the app, AT ALL! I've had to do everything by touch. Including resetting the language manually, which was a lucky guess. You guys could start by fixing the app so it syncs the settings to my ear buds. As well as telling people a way to reset the buds &language,in case it gets accidentally changed.

App works great. Really nice set-up and ease of use. If anything could be changed, under watch storage, it would be nice if I could see what apps/watch faces etc are loaded on the watch and to have the ability to uninstall apps/watch faces etc from there.

It's a good and understandable app, at first I thought it works with internet connection only to find out. •Please add a feature which you can remove devices that are connected or add a password to the buds so that no one can change the settings on the manager. •Also verify the phone that's mostly connected to confirm its the owner. • Fix the error whereby you cannot control the buds with a Android 6.0.1 phone (Galaxy GPP).
