It was a very bad experience. 7 days after I placed my order, the company itself cancelled my order. And the customer care service is even worse. They just give the same reply on repeated emails. There is no call service through which you can get a solution to your problem.
I had ordered a kids watch on 10th Jan 25, it was a birthday gift, when it was delivered within 10 minutes I requested for return as the kid did not like it, the watch has not been picked up till date, I have called customer care 3 times, they say it will be picked up within 7 days which has not been picked up till today, 5th Feb, very bad app, never purchase from this app, other apps will give you the same watch at a lower rate and with better service.
I don't know whether everyone faces the same problem as I do, being unable to track my order. It's going to be my first order, which I ordered online via Titan. Expected a better experience from the app as it's one of the leading brands in India. I reducted 1 star from my review only for this.. App is user friendly 👌🏻👌🏻
Worst experience ever! Do not buy from this app. Better to go for 3rd party seller. Flipkart and amazon is much better. Worst customer service experience ever! Shame on Titan, I am never Gonna buy Titan watch ever.
I think the products are good but the app is so bad including the customer service. Like it is very confusing and the app lags so much.
Worst worst worst service ever, I have refuse the delivery of the prepaid product and they have not refunded my amount since 40 days, every time I contact at customer support they say only one line that please wait for 24-48 hourse and we will revert it, i am listening this since 2 weeks no refund till now, never buy there product online go to offline store instead.
I'm buying a Titan maritime watch ⌚. And after a few days of using the watch I'm facing a problem with the chronograph not working. and then I am going to your service centre on 18/12/2025 in jalpaiguri, West Bengal, pin-735101. And they received my watch along with warranty card and told me to hold it for 20-30days after the watch was back in the showroom. But on22/01/25 still I don't have my watch . This is so ridiculous and It's better to buy some rs-1k watch. I'm never gonna buy this co's ⌚
I'm extremely disappointed with Titan Watches' online shopping experience. I've had not one, but two orders cancelled by them after they confirmed receipt of my payment. What's even more frustrating is that they don't take any responsibility for their mistakes. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially from a well-known brand like Titan.
Horrible experience. This app works like stoneage. This application is living in 2010. For lil inquiry u need to call or mail. Not any option for return.
Customer care seems to talk like terrorists, utterly arrogant and useless. Still waiting for refund after 23 days of product pickup. Worst experience. Dont use this app
Very bad experience I hv purchased one smartwatch which is not charged hence I want to return it but there is no option for return and no response on call and email address also wrong.
The UI of app is not the best considering as Titan label, UI ka slow and unresponsive very times.

Most of the watches in Nebula series have no specs and features given with the watches, while some have. It is imperative to have the specifications give alongside the watches, including the weight of gold, warranty, and the other essential and relevant details pertaining to the item
Worst experience I got from TITAN, i order two watches as they delayed the delivery I call them to cancel it now all they are showing is order processing and not even refunding my money!!!!

site doesn't work properly, I can order blue colour watch but I can't buy a black one in its same segment
